Welcome to Navrang Garba 2025. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before proceeding with registration and payment. By completing your registration and making a payment, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Registration & Payment

• All participants are required to fill the registration form completely and correctly.
• The workshop registration fee is ₹1500, payable via Razorpay integrated payment gateway.
• Payment once made is non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. Venue & Batch Time

• Choose your preferred venue and batch time carefully at the time of registration.
• No changes or requests will be entertained regarding venue or batch time once the payment is completed.
• No refunds or modifications will be possible under any circumstances post registration.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• All payments are final. We do not provide refunds for cancellations or no-shows.
• Change in participant name or batch is not allowed after submission.
• In case of event postponement due to unforeseen reasons (weather, government orders, etc.), the entry will remain valid for the rescheduled date, but refunds will not be issued.

4. Liability Disclaimer

• Participants are responsible for their own safety and belongings at the venue.
• Organizers will not be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the event.

5. Code of Conduct

• Participants must maintain decorum and discipline throughout the event.
• The organizing team reserves the right to deny entry to any individual found violating the rules without any refund.

6. Data Collection & Usage

• By submitting the form, you consent to the collection of your data (name, contact details, photo) for event-related communication.
• Your personal information will not be shared with any third party.

7. Payment Gateway

• We use Razorpay for secure payment processing. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
• We do not store or have access to your card/banking information.

8. Changes to Terms

• Navrang Garba reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
